A specialist vessel project
Changhe Ocean was built by Zhejiang Tianshi Shipbuilding for Taihe Ocean Technology Group as a multipurpose research and offshore operations vessel.
UTOP participated in the vessel's external-hull coating work before its return from sea trials.
External-hull coating system
The published coating record identifies Yutep 856 maintenance primer, Yutep 853 tie coat, Yutep 860 epoxy finish and Yutaf 933 self-polishing antifouling as the products used in the external-hull system.
Current use requires confirmation of product availability, compatibility and technical documents.
